our mission
To create "Lifestyle Center" communities for individuals (18+) with Down Syndrome and other disabilities across the US, beginning in southern California. These communities will offer customized homes, nutritious meals, education programs, medical care and enriching recreation.

Administration Offices, Daycare, Fitness, Therapy, Library, Music, Movie Theater, Multi-Purpose, Banquet Center, Cafeteria/Restaurant, Art, Game, Technology, Performing Arts Theater, etc.
Our purpose is to provide unwavering support to our residents, our local community, and the broader community through the resources we offer.

At our facility, residents receive round-the-clock care, including nutritious daily meals, exercise opportunities, and a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that promote a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. Our goal is to empower individuals to lead independent lives while fostering their overall well-being.
